Whole-Home Rewire

The brief

An older home running on aging wiring that was tripping under the load of modern appliances. The owners wanted the whole house brought up to a safe, current standard before adding more load like air conditioning.

What we did

A full rewire, worked room by room to keep the household running. New circuits for the heavy loads, dedicated lines for the range, water heater and AC, and a fresh consumer unit with correctly rated breakers. Every point was tested and the board clearly labelled.
