How do I know if my house needs rewiring?
Common signs are breakers that trip under normal use, warm or discoloured outlets, a burning smell, frequent bulb failures, or wiring that predates your modern appliance load. We can assess it on a site visit and tell you honestly whether a full rewire is needed or just targeted work.
Can you add circuits without rewiring the whole house?
Often yes. If the existing wiring and panel are sound, we can add dedicated circuits for new appliances or rooms. If the panel is undersized or the wiring is unsafe, we will tell you what needs to come first.
Do you wire new builds and extensions?
Yes. We run the wiring before the walls close, plan the circuits and points around how you will use the space, and coordinate with your builder so it lands at the right stage.
