These Terms cover your use of letrospark.com and the electrical and solar services provided by LetroSpark (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or engaging us for work, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Quotes and estimates

Any figure given before a site visit is an estimate. We confirm the scope and final pricing in a written quote after assessing the job on site. Where a written quote and a verbal or online estimate differ, the written quote applies. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

Solar savings and payback

Any solar savings, system size or payback figures we share are good-faith estimates based on the information available at the time. Actual results depend on your real usage, JPS rates, weather, equipment and how the system is used, and are not guaranteed.

Scheduling and access

We work Monday to Friday and Sundays, scheduled in advance, and are closed Saturdays. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Timelines are our best estimate and can be affected by access, parts availability and conditions outside our control.

Pricing and payment

Pricing follows the written quote. Any deposit, staged payments or balance due will be set out there. Significant changes to the scope once work has started may change the price, and we will discuss that with you first.

Our work

We carry out work to local electrical code, and test and sign off what we install. We stand behind our workmanship. Equipment such as panels, inverters, batteries and fittings carries the manufacturer’s own warranty, handled by that manufacturer or supplier.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information about the property and the work needed, keep people and pets clear of the work area, and tell us about any known hazards or pre-existing faults.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for the work we carry out. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, the condition of wiring or equipment we did not install, or loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under Jamaican law.
