Why use electricians for solar instead of a solar-only company?
Solar is fundamentally an electrical install. The panels are only as good as the wiring, the mounting and the tie-in to your panel. Having electricians who also handle your panel and wiring means it is one coherent job, done safely.
Can you install solar on my roof type?
We mount on the common Jamaican roof types, including zinc, concrete and shingle, using fixings matched to each. We confirm the right approach for your roof during planning.
Will my system keep running during an outage?
Only if it includes battery backup and is set up for it. A grid-tied system without batteries shuts down during an outage for safety. If backup matters, we design that in. See battery and inverter support.
How long does an installation take?
A typical residential install is a small number of days once the system is planned and the parts are in, depending on size and any panel work needed. You get a timeline in the written quote.
